The following oil and gas pipeline projects have been announced. Projects are in order of most recent approximate starting date. All projects are for 2013 unless noted.

R.L. Coolsaet Construction Co. was awarded a contract by Mid Valley Pipeline Co. for the installation of a 22-in. pipeline road crossing in Allen County, Ohio. Headquarters is Lima, Ohio. The superintendent is Joe Elliot. Approximate start date: July 8.

Snelson Companies Inc. was awarded a contract by Kern River Gas Transmission Co. to install and hydrotest an 8-in. meter run and demolish an existing meter run in Washington County, Utah. Headquarters is unknown. The superintendent is Michael Russell. Approximate start date: July 1.

Appalachian Pipeline Contractors LLP was awarded a contract by Williams Northwest Pipeline Group for the requalification of three sections of 22-in. pipeline located in Ada, Elmore and Cassia counties, Idaho. Phillips & Jordan Inc. was awarded a contract by Price Gregory International Inc. for the clearing and grubbing of approximately 2,084 ft of 20-in. pipeline right of way in Westmoreland County, Pa. CBC Pipeline LLC was awarded a contract by Mark West Energy for the installation of approximately 3.6 miles of 12-in. pipeline in Guernsey County, Ohio, and 0.4 miles of 12-in. pipeline in Harrison County, Ohio. Gabe’s Construction Co. Inc. was awarded a contract by Precision Pipeline LLC to install approximately 1,450 ft of 20-in. pipeline via directional drilling in Butler County, Ohio. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is Steve Huibregtse. Approximate start date: June 17.

Laney Directional Drilling Co. was awarded a contract by Precision Pipeline LLC to install 5,388 ft of 36-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Ingham and Jackson counties, Mich. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is David Sewell. Approximate start date: June 17.

Minnesota Limited LLC was awarded a contract by Columbia Gas Transmission for the installation of 7 miles of 6-in. pipeline in Johnson and Martin counties, Kentucky. Headquarters is Evansville, Indiana. The superintendent is Greg Frazier. Approximate start date: June 17.

Phillips & Jordan Inc. was awarded a contract by Rockford Corp. for the clearing and grubbing of approximately 50 miles of 12-in. pipeline right-of-way in Washington County, Pa., and Marshall County, W.Va. Dun Transportation & Stringing Inc. was awarded a contract by Evraz/Enbridge to unload and stockpile 48-in. pipe in Douglas County, Wis. Headquarters is the pipe yard. The superintendent is Rick Perrington. Approximate start date: June 13.

InfraSource Construction LLC was awarded a contract by Columbia Gas Transmission for maintenance work on a number of steel mains at various locations throughout Ohio. Headquarters is Cambridge, Ohio. The superintendent is Bill Mudge. Approximate start date: June 13.

Welded Construction LP was awarded a contract by Williams-Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Co. LLC for the following: 1) the installation of 1,545 ft of 30-in. and 671 ft of 36-in. pipeline DOT replacements, and 2) the installation of 309 ft of 24-in. and 779 ft of 30-in. pipeline for anomaly replacements, both jobs in Howard and Baltimore counties, Md. InterCon Construction Inc. was awarded a contract by Ace Pipeline/Mark West for the installation of 2,200 ft of 12-in. pipeline and 2,200 ft of 20-in. pipeline via horizontal directional drilling in Monroe County, Ohio. Headquarters is on the jobsite. The superintendent is John Jones. Approximate start date: June 4.

Snelson Companies Inc. was awarded a contract by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for hydrotesting of 1.2 miles of 4-in. pipeline; 2,000 ft of 8-in. pipeline; and 5 miles of 12-in. pipeline in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties, Calif.
