Wood Group Mustang has appointed Elaine Lisenbe tp chief financial officer and Valencia Amenson to vice president Human Resources. Both will join the company’s executive leadership team.
Lisenbe joined Wood Group Mustang as financial controller in 2011 and served most recently as vice president of finance for the Americas. Prior to joining the company, she served in a range of financial roles for international engineering and chemical companies. As CFO, Lisenbe will oversee all of Wood Group Mustang’s finance functions and will serve on the steering committee for Wood Group’s newly established North America Finance Service Center. She has executive responsibility for Real Estate, Facilities, Contracts and Information Technology & Systems (IT&S).
Amenson joined Wood Group Mustang in 2014 as director of human resources for the United States, having served previously as global human resources director, corporate and Americas with American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and as human resources manager for El Paso Corp. and MD Anderson Cancer Center. As vice president Human Resources, she is responsible for all global HR functional groups and the HR business partners assigned to Wood Group Mustang’s business units and departments.
